What happens at the end of our years subscription? Do we need to ask to be renewed?
No, as part as our support plan, we will call you at least 1 month before your subscription ends to have an Account review.
Whilst this is an automatic renewal as per our terms and conditions we feel that it's important to communicate this with our customers. This will include future plans, data allowances and to discuss feedback on how we can improve our service/experience moving onto the next year.
