What support and onboarding do you offer?

Every account has a dedicated Customer Support Manager who is responsible for supporting you throughout your onboarding and training and during your entire subscription.

We work directly with the core admin team for your account, we call these teh MY Compliance Champions. This includes regular phone calls, MS Teams meetings, online chat, emails and webinars. We can create your personalised Customer Support Plan to determine what level of support you want from us.
