Award Training

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager

When a Trainee has completed training you can award it to them in your system.

To do this:

  1. Select Trainees from the Options sub menu
  2. Click the Award Training button next to the course they have completed
  3. Select the Awarded Date, Expiry Date and any Evidence
  4. Click Save

They will have the training awarded in the system and alerts will be sent out one month before expiry and when the training expired.
