Creating Roles

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager

Training Roles make it easier to identify gaps in training. you can create a Role and assign the required training to it. When you assign the Role to a Trainee you can see what training they are required to have.

To create a new Role:

  1. Click the New Role button
  2. Enter a Title and the Details
  3. Click Save
  4. Select which of your Courses apply to this Role
  5. Click Save
