Creating a new NCR

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager
  • Standard User

To create a new non-conformance report:

  1. Click the 'New NCR' button
  2. Select report Type
  3. Add a Title so the report can be identified
  4. Add the details of the non-conformance
  5. Click Save

When the report is saved Managers who have access to the NCR Type and all Account Admin will receive an email alert.

** If custom fields have been set up, you may have extra fields appear in the NCR form.**
