Creating a new NCR
Available for user levels:
- Account Adminstrator
- Manager
- Standard User
To create a new non-conformance report:
- Click the 'New NCR' button
- Select report Type
- Add a Title so the report can be identified
- Add the details of the non-conformance
- Click Save
When the report is saved Managers who have access to the NCR Type and all Account Admin will receive an email alert.
** If custom fields have been set up, you may have extra fields appear in the NCR form.**
