Creating a new Audit

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager

When creating an audit, there are several element’s you need to consider. When pressing on the ‘Add a new Audit’ button it will take you to the below screen. You will need to consider the audit Type, and whether you want to have a simple audit? For either type of audit you will need to:

  • Give your audit a ‘Default Response Set’ e.g. pass/fail, yes/no, red, amber green. You can manage these and add your own by going to Options > Response Sets.
  • Do you want your audit to be a simple audit (Checklist style) or a full audit?
  • Add a pass rate – You can add weighted scoring to each criterion and then this score will reflect the overall pass rate for the audit based on the weighted scoring.

If the Audit is Private only Account Administrators will be able to access it. Account Administrators can add user groups to the Audit to allow other users to access the Audit.
