Five case studies which show how smaller construction businesses improved health and safety by using the leadership and worker involvement toolkit (LWIT). Two proven methods of using the toolkit become apparent: the ‘Risk profiling’ approach and the ‘Safety Observation Cards’ (SOCs) approach.
