We have been working hard at MY Compliance Management throughout May bringing the updates to our Audits module towards a point when they will be ready to release, we have now turned our attention to the MY Audits App so that it is compatible with the new changes.

We have also moved forward with our new Substances module to manage COSHH substances and create COSHH Risk Assessments, and this will be released as soon as it is ready...watch this space!!!

The big news is the overhaul of our Risks module that sees many new features and enhancements including:

• New Feature: Option to add a Rating 'Before Controls' in addition to current Rating options
• New Feature: Added 5x5 Matrix option, rating is likelihood multiplied by risk level, results in values 1 through 25.
• New Feature: Ability to change a Register's Rating Scheme;
• New Feature: Ability to set custom 'Acceptance' description on Assessments in the Register.
• New Feature: Risk Icons - Added ISO 7010 standard Warning icons. 
• New Feature: Select Risks option now allows for adding Risks from other Registers.
• New Feature: History recorded on Risk Assessments.
• Enhancement: Assessments search table includes highest rated risk on each assessment.
• Enhancement: Assessments PDF Documents arrangement improved.
  • Clearer communication at a glance with Hazard and PPE Icons
  • Larger sections can break over pages to reduce large blank sections at end of pages.
  • Empty space better utilised.
  • Same information in less space.
  • Enhancement: Moved 'Sections to Include' and 'PPE' options in Assessment creation process to one step later, to be with existing assessment options.
  • Enhancement: 'Required PPE' manageable within Assessment, on same page.
  • Enhancement: 'Select Risks' button duplicated at head of 'Risks' section for easier access in large Assessments.
  • Enhancement: Added 'New Assessments' to right hand menu options.
  • Enhancement: Actions can be viewed and created in Assessments.
