We are delighted to bring you version 1.9 of MY Compliance Management!!

Working closely with one of our clients and following a good few suggestions from everyone else v1.9 is now live. This latest release brings custom fields to Actions, Incidents and Non-conformances making all 3 of these modules far more flexible to meet the ever changing needs of compliance in the work place. As well as a number of other changes we can also announce a new addition to the mobile app family with MY Actions now available from Google and will soon be on the Apple store too.

• Actions
  • New Feature: A Document can now be uploaded with the creation of an Action.
  • New Feature: Action Groups can be set to require a completion note when an action in that group is completed.
  • New Feature: Account Administrators can re-open actions that were previously completed.
  • New Feature: Custom Fields;
    • Custom Fields for Actions associated by Action Groups.
    • Custom Reports for Action Records; download as CSV, or PDF, or in a Table or Dashboard with graphs.
    • Custom Report Dashboard Graphs can toggle types without reloading.
  • Enhancement: Improved user experience after action completion, remains on same page rather than loading All Actions if viewing a specific selection.
  • Enhancement: To avoid confusion between button labels 'Open Action', which shows the action details, is now more clearly labelled as 'View Action'
  • Enhancement: When viewing an action and exporting it as a PDF document, the document will now show which Action Group the action belongs to if it has been set.
• Documents
  • Bug fix: Resolved error when viewing documents by module where that module had no documents.
• Incidents
  • New Feature: Custom Fields;
    • Custom Fields for Incident Reports associated by Incident Category.
    • Custom Reports for Incident Records; download as CSV, or PDF, or in a Table or Dashboard with graphs.
    • Custom Report Dashboard Graphs can toggle types without reloading.
• Non-conformance
  • New Feature: Custom Fields;
    • Custom Fields for Non-Conformance Reports associated by NCR Type.
    • Custom Reports for Non-Conformance Records; download as CSV, or PDF, or in a Table or Dashboard with graphs.
    • Custom Report Dashboard Graphs can toggle types without reloading.
  • New Feature: Group Alerts for new NCR reports defined by NCR Type.
  • Enhancement: New NCR alerts now contain the NCR Type in its details.
• Training
  • Enhancement: Clearer communication for if a course has been deleted but had existing bookings.
  • New Feature: Administrators can now archive individual training requirements.
