MY Compliance news and latest release

Exciting news: We are changing the name of our flagship product MY Compliance to fit in with the rest of our product line. With the latest release you will notice it is now titled MYC Compliance Management including our new logo.

MYC will lead the field supported by our other products MY LR Legal Register and MY IT Incident Tracking (due June 2016). Both these products will be available seperately as a stanalone portal but will also be included within the standard MYC package.

Audits

  • New Feature: Audits can now be scheduled. Once a schedule has been created it can be assigned to users and reminders will be sent by email. If an audit is not created on that date the creator of the schedule will be alerted
  • New Feature: Option to create Simple Audits that are run as checklists instead of Full Audits
  • Enhancement: Account Admin can re-open closed audits

Actions

  • New Feature: Option to create CSV report from table
  • Enhancement: Alphabetised and auto search for assigning action to user

Assets

  • Enhancement: Standard user can add and view actions

Non-conformance Reporting

  • New Feature: Option to create CSV report from table

  • New Feature: Refresh a register built with the legal register builder to make sure it has all applicable legislation

  • Enhancement: Account Owner can now delete Incident Registers
