Create a Risk Assessment

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager

Once you have your list of possible risks, you can create your risk assessment.

You can see from the above that you can now select your risks from various registers and add them to your risk assessment. You can tick to ‘include’ these and they will be added. Once you have finished this part you can click ‘Add Risks’. Once you have selected your risks you can then add PPE, Actions and other sections to your risk assessments as below by clicking the ‘manage ……’ icon.

** As part of a recent update You can now also email completed risk assessments once they have been created by clicking this icon. This can be used for any email address externally.

Once you have done that then all that must be done is insert the email address of the person you would like to send it to, from there they will receive a PDF to view once the email has been sent.

Why not add your SDS sheet information to MY Compliance Management?

You can now look to add this substance to a Risk Assessment. When going to Risks and creating a risk assessment you will see the below screen once your Risks are added.

I now have my substance within my risk assessment, and I can PDF the risk assessment and see all my Substance details embedded into the assessment. Alternatively, I can also ‘Share’ the risk assessment (send a PDF via email) to someone. I can also sync this risk assessment onto my Risk Assessment mobile App.
