Resolution Statement

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager

Once all Corrective Actions have been completed you can add a Resolution Statement to record what action was taken, the outcome of any investigation or any other information.

To do this:

  1. Click the 'Create Resolution Statement' button which will be available when all Corrective Actions have been completed
  2. Enter details of the statement
  3. Click Save
  4. Review all the details of the NCR and if no further action is required click 'Confirm Closed'
