There are many reasons that you need to keep abreast of legislation changes. It might be to keep a legal register for ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 or it might be to ensure you are not operating illegally.

Whatever your needs MY Compliance has you covered with our Legislation module. This module will take you through a short selection of options and build a filtered legal register from our legal database.

It will import your register into the Requirements module so that you can monitor and assess compliance and it will update you to any new legislation that may apply.

The legislation module will provide updates to our database every four hours and so maintaining your register is the case of just a few clicks.

Once added to your registers you can add compliance reviews, documents, actions or non-conformance reports. The system will alert you when you need to review the legislation again, making managing your legal requirements effortless.

As part of the process of continual improvement, it is important that all incidents and accidents are recorded, investigated, and actions are taken to prevent or reduce the chance of recurrence. MY Compliance will alert you one month before the training is due for renewal and again if the training becomes invalid.
